We inform all our timeshare holders that Margarita Lagunamar, C.A. has no sellers, realtors, brokers and/or intermediaries to coordinate, negotiate or transact the selling or the transfer of  timeshare rights acquired by our clients. Rules regarding the use of all inclusive membership
Users of “Complejo Turístico LagunaMar” (Lagunamar Tourist Complex) who want to purchase the All Inclusive Plan should carefully the following information.

1. This Plan must be purchased by each and every person accommodated in a room, either as a host, accompanying person, guest and/or beneficiary owner.
 
2. The Plan must be purchased for the entire week or by consecutive days.
 
3. When the All Inclusive Plan is not purchased at Check In, the host may purchase it later, from 1:00 p.m. of any day the guest decides, provided that it includes the last days of accommodation.

4. Bracelets are nontransferable and must be returned at Check-Out. Replacing lost bracelets is costly, so please be aware that the cost of each lost bracelet is be equivalent to two nights of accommodation in the type of room used.
 
5. The All Inclusive Plan does not include using and enjoying water or land sports equipment, such as: kayaks, bicycles, etc.
 
6. Purchasing the All Inclusive Plan is obligatory for hosts from R.C.I. exchanges. Thus, your enjoyment is conditioned to your purchase that must be made in advance, prior to your arrival at the Complex and should include each and every day of accommodation.
Check-in and check-out time
Check-in time is at 6 p.m. on later and check-out time is at 10 a.m.on before for all Timeshare Holders. Complying with these timings will enable better service at check in and check out.
 
Should you need to have your luggage in store at Lagunamar prior to check-in time or after check-out time, please contact the Reception Desk. 
Reservation and Confirmation of your Fixed Week
• Obligations with respect to installments and maintenance fees with LagunaMar should be updated.
 
• A written notification of your intention to enjoy your week must be submitted or sent to the Timeshare Holders Service Office.
 
• In order to obtain your admission voucher, the notification should be made at least 15 working days before the start date of your week.
 
RCI Deposit

Obligations with respect to installments and maintenance fees with LagunaMar should be updated.

• A written notification of your intention to make a reservation or book a week must be submitted or sent to the Timeshare Holders Service Office.
 
• This can be done from 2 years to 30 days prior to the start date of your fixed week.

• From the start date of your deposit week, you have 2 years to execute the Exchange to any resort affiliated to R.C.I., depending on availability and payment of the national or international Exchange fee.

• This service is subject to the validity of the contract with LagunaMar and your affiliation with R.C.I.

Change of Week
Obligations with respect to installments and maintenance fees with LagunaMar should be updated.
 
• A written notification of your intention to change your fixed week to a different date must be submitted or sent to the Timeshare Holders Service Office. Any change is subject to availability.
 
• If your request is approved and the desired season differs from your fixed week an upgrade fee applies.

Capacity Change
• A written notification of your intention to change the room capacity of the fixed week you are planning to enjoy must be submitted or sent to the Timeshare Holders Service Office. Any change is subject to availability.
 
• This should be done with at least 15 working days prior to the date of enjoying your week.
 
• Changes in room capacity are subject to availability.
 
• If your request is approved please remember that an upgrade fee applies.

Identity Card
The request for an ID card should be submitted only in LagunaMar Hotel-Resort-Spa’s facilities on Margarita  Island at the office located in the lobby of the North Tower.
 
• Once the application is submitted and the photos taken, the procedure to deliver will be within 48 hours.
Confirmation of Arrival
If your check-in date differs from the date stated in your voucher, please notify at least 15 working days to the starting date of your week.

Tips for R.C.I. Exchanges
Beneficiary Owners who want to make an R.C.I. EXCHANGE REQUEST, must verify their membership status or the weeks deposited by contacting an RCI vacation advisor at: 0800-1003853.
 
• R.C.I. Exchangers must contact the Beneficiary Owner Service Division in Caracas to manage the All Inclusive Plan acquisition by calling 0212 200-4003 / 200-4002 or by e-mailing: asucaracas@lagunamar.com.ve
 
• Beneficiary Owners must keep their usufruct payment for annual maintenance fees updated, before making exchanges with R.C.I. or depositing for their week. Non compliance with payment obligations may cause problems with R.C.I. membership.
 
• Beneficiary Owners must directly notify R.C.I. after authorizing in written the deposit of their week at R.C.I., so R.C.I. is able to manage the exchange request. A reminder for those exchanging for the same “Complejo Turístico LagunaMar” is that purchasing the All Inclusive Plan is a condition to guarantee a confirmation of exchange.
 
•R.C.I. Clients who have confirmed an Exchange with “Complejo Turístico LagunaMar”, must make sure they have purchased the All Inclusive Plan for every person who will be accommodated in one room and this shall include each and every day of accommodation in order to guarantee the use and enjoyment of the week.
 
• Bracelets are non transferable and must be returned when checking out. The replacement cost of each missing bracelet is equivalent to the amount of two nights of accommodation in the room type assigned to user.
 
• All Inclusive Plans do not include the use cost of and enjoyment of sports equipment, neither land nor water sports, such as: windsurf, kayaks, sailboats, pedal boats, bicycles and/or water motorcycles, among others.
